INTRODUCTION
Welcome to KDrones. By accessing this website and using the services provided, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these carefully before utilizing the services.
SERVICES OFFERED
KDrones provides aerial photography and videography services, focused on real estate, events, and commercial projects. KDrones reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at its sole discretion, with prior notice.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Booking Process: Clients must submit a service request through the website or the provided contact details. A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours upon acceptance of the booking request.
Payment Terms: An invoice will be issued along with the footage within 1-5 days after the completion of services.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. For cancellations outside of this period, please contact us directly; in such cases, 50% of the rate will be invoiced.
USAGE OF FOOTAGE
Rights to Footage: Upon full payment, the client receives the final footage for personal or commercial use. KDrones retains the right to use this footage for promotional purposes, including within its portfolio and on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon for company-specific footage.
Exclusivity: Clients may request exclusivity for commercial footage for an additional fee, which must be agreed upon prior to the shoot.
DELIVERY OF FOOTAGE
Footage will be delivered via email within 1-5 days after the completion of services, along with an invoice.
LIABILITY
While KDrones is committed to delivering high-quality service, KDrones cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services rendered.
FORCE MAJEURE
KDrones shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or any other event that makes the performance of services impossible or impractical.
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are expected to maintain a safe distance from KDrones’ equipment during shoots. Any damages to equipment caused by client negligence may result in additional fees.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary permissions or permits required for drone operation at the specified location. This includes permissions for restricted areas, military zones, or other controlled spaces requiring special access. KDrones is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to lack of access permissions.
CHANGES TO TERMS
KDrones reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
